We treat using short-term treatment recommendations followed by periodic re-exams to ensure that the patient is progressing properly. Our documentation is clear and concise. Too often, medical records are incomplete and often difficult to decipher. Our reports are always generated in Microsoft Word which make them easy to comprehend. No canned notes will be supplied by our office.
