As you are aware, we are all being challenged daily with the concerns related to the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). Duluth Injury & Rehab wants to assure you that our office will remain open and servicing our patients' needs. Understanding that we are a medical treatment facility we are already operating under the most stringent of health guidelines, we are taking even more extreme measures to keep patients and employees safe.
Knowing our patients have medical needs, we will continue to do everything we can to provide medical services. We are constantly monitoring CDC and US Government guidelines for best practices. These include testing all staff and patients for symptoms, checking temperatures, and verifying any recent travel to known outbreak areas for Coronavirus. We are adapting scheduling of patients to create an increased amount of buffer time between patient visits. Patients are being asked to wait in their cars and family members are not being allowed into the office unless absolutely necessary in order to reduce the need for patients to sit in waiting rooms. Our tables and treatment areas are being sanitized between each and every patient visit and staff is using medical sterilization procedures for themselves between patient contacts as well. Working together will ensure we will all get through this crisis safely. We wish you and your family health and well-being through this difficult time.
